FAQ

How long can a portable power station power my devices?

When a portable power station supplies power (charges) to devices, there will be certain losses, with the core sources of loss being:

A. Energy conversion loss: During the power conversion process, energy is lost due to rectification, inversion, and other processes;

B. Device power consumption: Devices consume a certain amount of power while operating, leading to increased power supply losses from the power station;

C. Static current: The static current consumption of devices in standby or low-load states.

Power supply time calculation: Assuming your power station capacity is 100Wh and the device operating power is 50W, we will calculate based on a 15% loss rate, power supply time ≈ power station capacity (Wh) x (1 - 15%) ÷ device power, thus the expected power supply time is about 1.7 hours, and the actual duration may vary due to working conditions.

How long does it take to fully charge a portable power station?

During the process of charging the portable power station, there are also losses, and the core influencing factors of the losses are:

A. Energy conversion loss: Energy can also be lost due to processes such as rectification and inversion;

B. Battery Management System (BMS) loss: The BMS consumes some electrical energy to protect the battery, especially during the trickle charging phase in the later stage of charging;

C. Heat dissipation loss: Internal components of the power supply generate heat during charging, which can also lead to a small amount of energy loss;

Charging time calculation: Assuming your power station capacity is 100Wh, AC input power is 50W, we also calculate with a 15% loss, the charging time ≈ Power station capacity (Wh) ÷ (1 - 15%) ÷ Input power, then the expected charging time is approximately 2.35 hours, and the actual duration may vary due to working conditions.

How to choose the right power station for my CPAP?

To ensure uninterrupted sleep, we recommend choosing an ELITEAM power station with sufficient capacity to maintain CPAP power for a longer period of time.

The power range of CPAP is generally about 15W to 50W, with a flow range of 5L/min to 20L/min. It is crucial to choose the appropriate power and flow based on the patient's condition and needs. Generally speaking, for mild respiratory diseases such as sleep apnea, a CPAP with lower power and moderate flow can be selected; for severe respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or cor pulmonale, a CPAP with higher power and greater flow may be required; additionally, choosing the appropriate ventilation method is also a factor to consider.

If there is a power outage, can I use the ELITEAM portable power station to power household appliances such as the refrigerator, freezer, smart TV, and PS game console?

In the event of a power outage or off-grid living, the ELITEAM large-capacity and high-power portable power stations can provide ample power for your household electrical appliances, and you can choose our larger capacity and higher output power stations; at the same time, we recommend that the total power of all connected devices be less than the output power of the power station, and the specific duration of power supply depends on your usage and the charging status of the power station.

Can the ELITEAM large-capacity and high-power power station charge my new energy vehicle?

Yes. First, determine whether your charging gun has a grounding function. A charging gun with a grounding function can be directly connected to the power station output to charge your new energy vehicle battery. If the charging gun does not have a grounding function, you need to configure a grounding device, and the power station will charge the car through the grounding device and then through the charging gun.

Does ELITEAM support the customization of AC sockets for the countries/regions of product import?
